Brendon Love - Contaminated Site Specialist, CEnvP-SC, Director (Tauranga)
Brendon has over 30 years of experience in contaminated land consulting in New Zealand and Australia. He is currently responsible for project management, technical advice, and internal peer review associated with contaminated land assessment and remediation projects. Brendon provides advice to a wide variety of clients including regulatory authorities, land developers, and industrial clients throughout New Zealand.

Kylie Eckersley - Contaminated Site Specialist, CEnvP-SC, Director (Auckland)
Kylie Eckersley is based in Auckland and has over 20 years of experience in contaminated site investigation and management. She has worked on a wide variety of contaminated site investigations, remediation, and environmental due diligence projects throughout Auckland. Kylie has also assisted regulatory agencies in the Auckland and Waikato regions with consent processing and third-party peer review of contaminated site projects. She is very familiar with contaminated land rules and policy statements and can use this knowledge to benefit clients within the region. Kylie holds the Certified Environmental Practitioner – Site Contamination specialist certification. Outside of her consulting career, Kylie enjoys ocean swimming and outdoor adventures with her partner and two sons.

Dr. Dave Bull - Contaminated Land Specialist, CEnvP-SC, Director (Wellington)
Dr. Dave Bull is a director of HAIL Environmental and holds the Certified Environmental Practitioner – Site Contamination specialist certification. He has over 20 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years in contaminated land consulting in New Zealand and England, and is well known as a technical reviewer and speaker on contaminated land matters. Dave is New Zealand’s leading authority on arsenic contamination, and has unhealthy interests in the distribution, speciation, bioavailability and sustainable management of heavy metals generally. His main practice areas are quantitative risk assessment and contaminated land management. Outside of his day job, Dave is a land developer, an aspiring game designer, a keen tramper and is trying to enjoy judo. He is married to a criminologist, and they have three small criminals.

Sarah Newall - Contaminated Site Specialist, CEnvP-SC, Director (Hawke's Bay)
Sarah Newall is an experienced environmental practitioner, people and project manager with more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of contaminated land, environmental, and resource management projects. The majority of her career has been spent in the consulting industry, working on a wide variety of projects throughout New Zealand. Her career began as a Regional Council Environmental Compliance Officer, and she has also spent time working as an Environmental Advisor for a large construction company. Having worked in the regulatory, consulting, and construction environments, she has the depth and breadth of experience to apply to a wide range of environmental matters.

Reagan Knapp - Contaminated Site Specialist, CEnvP-SC, Director (Canterbury)
Reagan Knapp has over 15 years of experience in the environmental field in New Zealand and the USA. She specialises in the coordination and management of environmental site assessments relating to the discharge of contaminants to land and groundwater. She is skilled in providing advice to clients for contaminated sites locally in Canterbury, nationally in New Zealand and throughout the United States. Her experience includes groundwater and land investigations, remediation of contaminated sites, project management, design and implementation of diverse remediation technologies, mixed-media sampling and logging, drilling oversight, due-diligence, compliance, and a broad spectrum of other environmental and large-scale demolition project experience. Outside of work, Reagan and her partner are kept busy chasing their two children around their farm on Banks Peninsula.

Anna Carter - Contaminated Site Consultant (Hamilton)
Anna is a contaminated site consultant based in Hamilton with more than 10 years of experience. She has worked on a range of contaminated sites throughout the motu, providing land and water investigations, remediation and validation services, and resource consent compliance monitoring. Outside of consulting, Anna enjoys being outdoors - and particularly up the mountain - with her partner and their two sons.

Josh Scarrow - Contaminated Land Consultant (Katikati)
Josh is a contaminated site specialist with more than 7 years of professional experience in New Zealand and Canada. He has worked on a range of contaminated land and environmental management projects throughout New Zealand, Northwest British Columbia and Alberta (Canada), and Scott Base, Antarctica. Josh brings diverse experience to his contaminated land work, including biosecurity perspectives (kauri dieback mitigation) and considerable logistics/planning in remote environments. Prior to entering the professional world, Josh was involved in Antarctic soil research, having been deployed to the continent four times (so far).
Josh grew up in (and has returned to) Whakamārama in the western Bay of Plenty. Outside of work, Josh is generally sailing (coastal racing and offshore deliveries), tinkering on his 75yo kauri yacht Sabina, scrambling up or sliding down snowy slopes, and trapping pests at the nearby Aongatete Forest Project.
